We had the same experience....2 months later, no voucher just lots of false promises. Has anyone contacted the Better Business Bureau about them?
No gift voucher yet after more than 2 months of waiting. Is this company for real? Scam? Ready to drive up there and knock on their door to get my voucher in person.
I was at the presentation at the Hotel in Milford on 5/5/10. Haven't got a hold of anyone at Half Moon will take a ride up to see if it is for real. Also, will be in Birmingham mid August will find Tradewinds vacation club offices if need be. I will follow up.
I drove up to Washington Depot, there is no Half Moon Travel Agency. It was a house with no one home and when I dialed the phone number it was disconnected.
So I went to the seminar for the vacation club and didnt sign up for it but received a "gift" for 2 roundtrip air tickets, 2 night hotel, and $50 gift card to olive garden. When I tried to activate my gift I realized they gave me the wrong one, it was only for a flight and didnt include the hotel or restaurant. So after calling half moon a million times i finally got a hold of the one and only person that works there ( an oriental woman). She said that i had to mail it back to her and that she would send me the proper voucher. Wanted to see if anyone else had this problem or if anyone has actually gone on a vacation given to them!!???
